Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Remember when you feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated!
Try healthy snacks such as seeds and nuts, dips and vegetable sticks.
Get rid of refined sugar!
Have a good night sleep!
Keep moving and exercising.
Like the French do, sit and enjoy food with your friends and family.
Have a social life, and indulge yourself from time to time!
