In its mission to promote French Language & Culture in American Schools, Kiddy Frenchy, a New-York based non-profit sponsored a Paris-based Theatre Company, la Cie Picrokole to present to young audiences PUSS IN BOOTS.
Did you know that Le Chat Botté - long before the animated films that brought a new light on it, was originally a famous work by French author Charles Perrault?
The coming performances will involve traditional and shadow theatre, puppet show and songs. Young graders (from preK to 2nd grades) of Lycée Français of New York (NY) and Bostons (MA), the French American Academy, campuses of Jersey City and New Milford (NJ) will be the first to enjoy this iconic play in French.
And there is still time for New York schools to host the show based on ticketing!
You can contact Kiddy Frenchy President Samantha Grassian at firstname.lastname@example.org to know all the details and schedule.
